By purchasing a ticket to any Party Passport event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all ticket holders, including General Admission, reserved area, and complimentary tickets.
All tickets are valid for the specified event, date, and location only.
If the event is 18+, valid photo ID may be required for entry.
Entry may be refused for non-compliance with these terms or at the discretion of event staff to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, personal circumstances, or inability to attend, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
As a small business, ticket revenue goes directly towards paying our staff and artists, securing venues, and producing the event — we appreciate your understanding.
Name changes and ticket transfers are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the event. You are welcome to resell or gift your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
In the rare event of cancellation or major change, you will be notified and offered options in line with legal obligations.
Party Passport reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details, including venue, entertainment lineup, and schedule.
Events will proceed in all weather conditions where safe to do so. In the case of severe weather, natural disaster, public health crisis, or other events outside our control, we may postpone, relocate, or cancel in line with safety obligations.
If an event is cancelled due to a force majeure event, ticket holders will be offered a remedy at the organiser’s discretion, as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
If the event is held at a licensed venue, all guests must comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) policies.
Intoxicated, aggressive, or antisocial behaviour may result in refused service or removal from the venue without refund.
All attendees must treat fellow guests, staff, and performers with respect and kindness.
Discrimination, harassment, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
Illegal substances, glass, weapons, or other prohibited items are not allowed.
You must follow all instructions given by event staff and security.
Events may be professionally filmed or photographed for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to your image being used by Party Passport in marketing and communications.
If you prefer not to appear in any media, please notify event staff upon arrival and speak with any official documentation personnel present at the event.
All events are planned with safety in mind, including first aid availability and risk management protocols.
Attendees participate at their own risk and are expected to behave responsibly.
Accessibility details are provided for each event. Please contact us in advance with specific needs or questions.
Party Passport is committed to sustainability and cultural inclusion. We encourage all attendees to use recycling stations, reusable cups, and respect the spaces we share.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land and incorporate cultural awareness, First Nations involvement, and respectful practices in our programming.
